LIC. MELESIO GONZÁLEZ
Attorney graduated from Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey (2021), with experience focused on corporate and real estate law, particularly in the design and execution of legal structures related to real estate development and foreign investment. He has collaborated in law firms advising domestic and foreign clients in the implementation of investment vehicles in Mexico.
He has participated in the drafting and negotiation of real estate purchase and sale agreements entered into by domestic and foreign investors in Mexico and has conducted due diligence procedures in corporate operations and real estate transactions, both for acquisition and lease purposes, assessing compliance with contractual, tax, registry and administrative obligations.
