LIC. MARIO PERALES MELENDEZ – Of Counsel
Lawyer with more than forty-six years of professional practice, currently Notary Public and Notary Public of Federal Real Estate with jurisdiction in the area of Tampico, Madero and Altamira, where he enjoys wide recognition for his trajectory, integrity and legal rigor. A specialist in Commercial, Civil and Notarial Law, he has held positions in the Presidency of the Republic and in the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. In the academic field, he has taught Commercial Law and Banking Law at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey.
