MARIO PERALES
Mario is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in legal and business advice. He has served as General Counsel of different companies with presence in both Mexico and Latin America, as well as Member of the Board of Directors of public and private companies. Additionally, he has been part of prestigious law firms in Monterrey and New York. Within his practice, he has specialized in Corporate, Public Law, Stock Finance and Commercial matters, participated in complex mergers and acquisitions, real estate development and corporate operations, both in Mexico and abroad.
Besides being a partner at PCG LEX, Mario is the managing partner at MAPPS, which is a recognized real estate developer firm which represents important international retailers established in Mexico, among other high-quality real estate projects.

- Law degree from the Universidad de Monterrey (UdeM), México.
- Master in International Banking Law (LL.M.) from Boston University, USA.
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in corporate law from New York University, USA.
- Doctorate in Law from New York University, USA.
- MBA from IPADE, Universidad Panamericana, México.
