JUVENTINO VILLARREAL
Juventino is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in legal and business advice. He has worked for different private companies with global presence, served as General Counsel and Compliance Officer, also has occupied other top executive positions. He has participated as member of different Board of Directors, having held the Secretary position as well as other positions in Executive Committees of said Boards. Within his practice, he has specialized in Corporate, Financing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Estate & Succession Planning.

- Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in corporate law from Duke University, USA.
- MBA from IPADE, Universidad Panamericana, México.
