JORGE JAIME
Jorge is an attorney with more than 15 years of experience in legal and business advice. He has developed in different legal areas within companies, as well as the public sector, specializes in preparation and negotiation of all type of contracts, Corporate, Real Estate, Labor and Litigation. He has participated in various operations, both in Mexico and abroad, including real estate projects, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
Education:
- Law degree from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), México.
- Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, México.
